Who handles the data

The enquiry is handled by Paul Sfîrlea / AI Hackers in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. For any privacy question or request, email paul@aihacker.pro.

What is collected

The fit-call form asks for your name, work email, venue or company, pilot-team size and the workflow you want to discuss. The hosting provider may also process standard security and request logs.

Why it is used

Your information is used to review and reply to the enquiry, decide whether AI BOOST is a fit and take steps you request before entering a possible service agreement. It is not used to add you to a newsletter and is not sold.

Processors and transfers

The website and form are hosted by Netlify, which processes the submission on behalf of AI Hackers. Email infrastructure is used to reply. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable safeguards.

How long it is kept

An enquiry is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the possible business relationship and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are reviewed for deletion within 12 months.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion, or object to processing where applicable, by emailing paul@aihacker.pro. You may also contact the Romanian supervisory authority for data protection.
