The Pre-Shift Guarantee
If, on day 14, your team does not have at least one agreed workflow working on real company data and being used in real work, I run one additional session at no cost. If it still is not there, you receive a full refund.
A guarantee is a two-way contract: your team supplies the agreed Data Pack and attends at least two of the three core sessions. We define “in use” together before we start.

Built by an operator who became a trainer — then an AI implementer.
I was a bartender, manager and co-owner before I taught teams. I learned the economics of hospitality the expensive way: when the backstage has no system, the guest feels it first.

Is this a course or a workshop?
It is a live implementation sprint. There is teaching, but it exists to help the team build and use one agreed workflow. You do not leave with notes alone.
Does the team need technical skills?
No coding is required. AI BOOST is designed for capable, non-technical teams. One person needs a laptop during the build; the exact team setup is agreed before session one.
Which AI tool do we use?
We use one workspace approved by your company, typically Claude or ChatGPT. Access and team seats are confirmed before dates are locked. The workflow matters more than collecting tools.
How is company data handled?
Work is built in your approved account and workspace. A standard NDA can be used. CRM or sensitive personal data stays out of scope unless an appropriate data-processing agreement and approved environment are in place.
What exactly triggers the guarantee?
On day 14 we open the agreed workflow and verify a real run: real or approved anonymised input, usable output and an owner who has used it in work. If that is missing, the remedy is one additional session at no cost, then a full refund if the agreed result is still not reached. The Data Pack and minimum attendance are required.
Why is the founding price lower?
Because the exchange is real. The first five hospitality teams receive €990 + VAT instead of the €1,500 + VAT standard price in exchange for a short case study and 30-day adoption data. It is available subject to remaining capacity through 30 September 2026.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. If you book AI BOOTCAMP within 60 days, the full amount paid for AI BOOST is deducted. AI BOOST becomes paid discovery, not a duplicated cost.
Can sessions be delivered in Romanian or English?
Yes. The working language is agreed with the team before the sprint.
